Office building survey is one of the daily tasks of the Proce team. Capital Place Grade A office building located on Lieu Giai street left a deep impression on our mind. Considered as a new symbol of modern Hanoi, Capital Place is an ideal building for businesses. The diverse floor plan area from 80 – 100 – 150 – 200 – 340 – 400- …- 3047m2 meets the requirements and purposes of many different customers.
The office area of 340m2 is relatively compatible with the demand of most technology companies with a size of 40-60 employees. An average area of about 7-10m2 for each person ensures a large and airy, comfortable sitting position. This stimulates the creativity and productivity of employees. Within the scope of this article, Proce suggests some layout options for the 340m2 office space at the Capital Place building, hoping that businesses will have more design orientation for their own office space.

OPTION 1
Option 1 aims to create a spacious and airy space, interwoven between the working area and the relaxation area. However, this option does not maximize the number of staff seatings.
OPTION 2
Option 2 ensures a harmonious overall layout, separating the employee’s work area and the meeting room & pantry & reception area; creating a private space (closed office) for the director and deputy director. This option also designs the open space of the pantry and reception area to optimize the area, creating a spacious and comfortable feeling; At the same time, there are more green office creative spaces (plants, tree walls).
For each floor plan, Proce will propose a number of corresponding design solutions to meet the requirements and expectations of the investor. Each solution will have certain advantages and disadvantages, it is important to harmonize the factors and make sure to bring the most suitable option. The above is a basic example for the site treatment plan of the Proce team at Capital Place building.
