Chairman office interior – The Table Was Created in 72 Hours

In my profession, many tables are formed from drawings that lie dormant like seeds waiting for harvest. But not the chairman’s desk in this chairman office interior project. It started with an urgent phone call and a seemingly unreasonable request. 72 hours to create the fulcrum of power for the entire room. In the middle of the night, I looked at the blank sheet of paper, feeling like I was preparing to lay the foundation for a miniature project. The sound of the machine, the smell of walnut wood and the tension in the workshop made me understand: this was not just about creating a table, but creating a manifesto.

1. The first 24 hours – The journey to find the “soul of the table” in the chairman office interior

During those first 24 hours, my design team and I embarked on a journey that was both intense and fascinating. A journey to find the “soul” of the desk we wanted to create for a true leader. Six people, six hot heads, sitting around all night. Immersed in countless debates and heavy silences. From Japanese minimalism to European modernity. We threw every idea on the table, tossing and turning between 5 to 7 concepts, but nothing really felt right.

Then the surprising moment came when I happened to see an old walnut board in the warehouse. The grain lines were long, rough but profound. It gave me a very clear thought: power sometimes lies in stillness. A leader’s desk must be as solid as the root, as strong as the trunk and as durable as time. The whole team was awakened. We immediately decided on the concept: walnut wood is the main material, with a large surface and sharp lines to create a sense of power. Combining a hidden wire management system and a security compartment is an affirmation of neatness and privacy.

We worked on the 3D rendering for 6 hours straight. When the first render appeared on the screen, the room fell silent. No one said anything, but everyone had the same look in their eyes. That was the moment we knew we had touched the soul of the table.

2. The Next 24 Hours – Race Against Time in the Workshop

The next 24 hours began with a phone call at 5am, when the fog still covered the factory windows. I called the entire construction team together: “We have 48 hours to turn the drawings into reality.” No one complained, no one asked any more questions. Everyone understood that this was not just a project, but a race against time. Where everyone had to put all their skills and pride in their craftsmanship into every cut.

The most important step was choosing the wood. In the warehouse, we turned each piece over, examining each grain under fluorescent lights until we found it. A rare “tiger spine” walnut, as sharp as the breath of nature frozen in time. There was only one suitable piece, meaning we couldn’t afford to cut it off by even a millimeter. It felt like our only chance to give the table the soul we had envisioned.

The process requires meticulous attention to detail

The manufacturing process is a combination of technology and craftsmanship. CNC is responsible for creating the form with absolute precision. But the surface is meticulously finished by hand by my workers. They sand each grain, adjust each angle. So that the feeling of luxury is not only seen. But also spread through every touch. Become a complete experience that everyone can feel. The line runs all night, everyone’s face shows a bit of fatigue, but no one leaves their position.

Then something went wrong. The leg was the wrong curve. When I re-measured, my heart sank. One small mistake could ruin the entire layout. I had to take charge and re-draw the drawing, re-calculate the measurements, and re-cut that very night. Three hours of intense tension, the cutting machine light shining on me and the team. A cold blue glow of pressure. But when the new curve appeared exactly as I had envisioned, I knew I had just overcome the most stressful moment of the 72 hours. And the table had moved forward, one step closer to the perfect form it was meant to be.

3. The last 24 hours in the journey of creating the chairman office interior

The final 24 hours are the phase of turning the idea into reality. Where every detail of the table is meticulously cared for to express the true spirit of power and luxury. We start by applying twelve layers of oil and polish to the walnut surface. Each layer of oil is applied carefully, following the grain. Highlighting the natural depth of the wood, while still maintaining a soft feel to the touch. The surface is finished with just enough gloss to show off the grain. But not too reflective or ostentatious. When light hits it, it highlights the depth of the wood. It creates a feeling of solidity and durability, while also providing a natural and subtle visual rhythm.

At the same time, the functional details are installed in a sophisticated way. The security compartment is integrated with a fingerprint system. The wire management tray is hidden under the surface. Along with the delicately arranged power outlet system, operating perfectly. Without interrupting the powerful shape of the table. Each detail not only ensures functionality, but is also placed to balance aesthetics. Creating a modern and luxurious whole.

The moment of bringing the table to the president’s room

When it came to installation, the real challenge began. The table weighed 180kg, and eight people in the construction team worked together to lift and place the table in the right position. When the light hit the surface, the vivid wood grain seemed to appear. It created a sense of depth, both majestic and sophisticated. The whole space was immersed in silence, leaving only the quiet splendor of the newly completed table. As if it asserted its powerful presence. Where every line, surface and function was precisely balanced.

After 72 hours of continuous work, the table was completely finished. Every layer of oil, grain, functional detail and shape were harmoniously combined. Creating a product that was not only beautiful, but also clearly expressed power, sophistication and dominant position in the leadership space. Every step in the manufacturing process was aimed at a single goal. That was to turn this single piece of walnut wood into a complete, precise and durable piece of interior architecture.

Conclude

When the final executive desk was placed in the room, I stood still, looking at each wood grain, each delicate line that we had poured our hearts and determination into in 72 hours. The interior of the executive office was a message. A silent declaration of the leader’s power, vision, and taste. Through each tense hour, each seemingly insurmountable incident, I understood that architecture is not measured by drawings or techniques. But by the ability to turn pressure into inspiration. And that desk, in the soft light of the last day, told its own story.
