I entered the meeting room space created by Proce on a peaceful morning. When the first door opened slightly, the scene before my eyes made me pause. The light, the materials, every detail seemed to whisper something to time. People often say: “The conference room is where big things are discussed”. But here, I felt like I was about to enter a dialogue. Not with people, but with four personalities told through space. Vienasez – classic and quiet. Laroma – luxurious and powerful. Dynamic – modern and groundbreaking. And Neo – a Mediterranean artist full of freedom. It turned out that this trip was not simply to “unbox”, but to touch inspiration, in a very unique way.
1. Vienna Meeting Room – Where beauty goes hand in hand with time
I still vividly remember the first time I walked into one of Proce’s conference rooms. A space where I felt like I had just passed through an invisible door. Stepped from the cold industrial world into another dimension. Where time stood still and beauty reached its peak of calm, power and immutability.
The wooden door closed behind me. At that moment, I was drawn into a vivid painting called “Vienasez”. Not just a design style, but a philosophy carefully woven through every wood grain, every marble tile. Or every dark leather chair with a timeless sound of solidity.
Interiors with timeless beauty
The conference table was placed in the center of the room. With a large and proud appearance. It was like a large ship anchored in the middle of a calm ocean. The table top was a layer of black stone with shimmering golden veins. Just like a flash of lightning across the night sky, leaving behind an echo of power and cold sophistication. My hand unconsciously touched the surface and the first feeling was the coolness like a whispering reminder. That: “This is not simply a meeting place. But a place where ideas are born and destiny is rewritten”.
The chairs in the room were arranged in a gentle arc. It was as if someone had quietly calculated that each person sitting there would feel like they belonged. The ash-gray leather cushions were soothing to the eyes. Combined with the dark brown wooden armrests, they carried a steady, steady breath. Every detail evoked a sense of trust. No need to prove, just to be present. I sat down on one of the chairs, turning my body slightly. The moderate bounce made me smile involuntarily. Flexible enough to move as I thought, sturdy enough to lean on when I needed a stopping point. There was something very quiet, as if this chair was also listening and ready to accompany me through big decisions.
The sophisticated space that the Vienasez meeting room brings
The lighting in the room is a quiet highlight, but it carries an undeniable weight. With a ceiling system that stretches out, weaving along the wooden moldings. It radiates a soft yellow light, warm enough to soften the space. The ceiling is covered with mirrors, reflecting the entire room below. From the light, the shapes to the people. Like a gentle reminder: to see far, sometimes you have to look back at yourself.
The wall behind the chairman’s chair is the focal point of the gaze. Covered with yellow marble, the stone color is as warm as an underground stream. It gives a feeling of solidity and authority. On both sides are large glass doors that open up to a panoramic view of the city. As if it were a wordless affirmation: from here, we can see everything, clearly and comprehensively.
I was stunned by the completeness of the room. There was no unnecessary furniture. Every table lamp, every drawer, every wall had a reason to exist. An absolute restraint, but not sterile. There was something very “human” here. A sense of familiarity nestled among the ultimate luxury. And perhaps, what moved me most was the feeling of being listened to. Not by anyone else, but by this space itself.
Vienasez is more than just a meeting room design
It is an experience. It is a space for people to talk to themselves before talking to the world. It is a place where bold dreams are put on the table and gradually transformed into action plans.
I left that room in silence. But something inside me was awakened. A desire to be bigger, more refined, deeper. Perhaps, that is the silent magic of timeless design. Arousing maturity in my own soul. (Is a 5-star meeting room experience really necessary?).
2. Laroma Meeting Room – Symphony of power and elegance
When I walked through the thick, heavy wooden doors of the Laroma conference room, I no longer felt like I was entering a “conference room” – a word that sounded dry and full of tired principles. Laroma was not just a room. It was a state, a luxurious feeling embodied by materials. A visual symphony of wood, light and history.
Symphony of Power
As soon as the door closed behind me, all the noise of the world seemed to be left outside. I stood in the middle of that space, where everything seemed to have its own spirit. The high ceiling, surrounded by elaborate moldings. Graceful in the classical spirit. Supporting a brilliant crystal chandelier hanging in the middle. The light from it poured down like a gentle waterfall, filled with luxury. Each crystal sparkled like a slice of memory from 19th century Europe. Pouring into the space a kind of noble aura, both splendid and difficult to name.
The walls are painted “midnight blue” – a subtle, sensual and wise shade of midnight blue. This tone does more than simply beautify the space. It also serves as a silent declaration that this is not a place for half-hearted decisions. It makes anyone sitting at the table automatically straighten their back, adjust their lapels and consider every word they are about to say.
The lighting in the room is designed with absolute sophistication. Warm yellow wall lamps, luxurious antique ceramic table lamps like treasures. All blend into a lighting scheme that makes people feel like life is slowing down. Even if only for a blink of an eye.
Interior with classic beauty mixed with modern
The conference table in front of me is not simply furniture, it is a masterpiece. Crafted from solid natural wood, the table top is spacious, sharp in every line. The table edge is plated with copper, running around like a quiet halo. Both proud and delicate. At the foot of the table, the hand-carved patterns appear clearly. Reminding me of ancient palaces – where kings used to sit. Speaking to decide the fate of an entire dynasty.
Leather chairs were arranged firmly around the table. Like loyal courtiers surrounding a king. The chairs, with high backrests, hugged the sitter’s body. Creating a feeling of being protected, but still exuding a high sense of discipline. The dark brown wooden armrests were smooth, the cushions soft enough to make the sitter feel respected. But not too comfortable, like a silent reminder. This was a place for those with responsibilities, not to recline. But to think and make decisions that could change the course of time. A space that made us want to straighten our backs, say what we needed to say, and be quiet when we needed to think.
Personal experience
I sat at the head of the table – the place usually reserved for the leader. Leaning back against the thick, smooth leather. My fingers lightly glided across the wood, feeling the natural wood grain like the flow of time. In front of me were tall windows. Opening up the view of the city outside like a memory that never gets old.
I slowly observed every little detail. From the built-in bookcase, where the books were arranged by color and height like a secret code. To the reddish-brown marble surface covering the sideboard that radiated a warm depth… Everything blended together like deep, resonant, precise musical notes. Contributing to creating a symphony called “Authority and Wisdom”.
Laroma is not the place where you meet to make spur-of-the-moment decisions
It’s where you have to think bigger, where contracts aren’t just signed for numbers. But for vision, for a shared dream, and for trust.
I left the room in silence. I still felt like I had just stepped out of another world. A place where space has a “soul” and every detail has a story to tell. Laroma does not overwhelm you. It makes you respect, awe and a little admiration for yourself.
I don’t know if there is any other place that can recreate that feeling. But for me, it is no longer just a meeting room. It is a place where every time I step in, I feel the luxury that can touch my soul. (Top 4 presidential offices to meet 2025 standards).
3. Dynamic Meeting Room – A new breath for leaders
One of four designs in Proce’s presidential conference room collection. Dynamic represents the leadership spirit of the new generation – youthful, sharp and constantly breaking through. Carrying a modern minimalist design language. Dynamic conference room is created from contemporary materials and flexible, intelligent spatial thinking. Here, every line, layout and light is aimed at a single goal. That is to create a conference room space that not only meets functional standards. But also becomes a new symbol of authority and modern aesthetic taste.
When the door opens
The space that appeared before my eyes was like a cinematic moment. Where architecture transcends function, becoming the language of power and aesthetics. Every line is calculated to evoke emotion. Where beauty and reason join hands proudly.
The ceiling is high, pure white like a pristine canvas. Dedicated to the light drawing lines. Slender strips of recessed lights run along the axis of space. Both graceful and delicate. They are like strokes of a pen on paper. Bringing the feeling that the space is being guided, gently but full of direction.
The floor is a black tiled floor with cloud patterns. The sound of the chair wheels gently gliding across it becomes the sound of concentration. Natural light shines through the large glass panels close to the ceiling, reflecting the entire city outside. Not noisy, not rushed, but quiet like a vivid painting. So beautiful that I have to stop and observe with both emotion and reason.
On both sides of the wall, the wooden panels run long, reminiscent of the exterior of luxury yachts. The warm wood grain contrasts with the cold black tile floor. Creating a delicate balance that is almost perfect.
Bespoke interiors
The long, sturdy conference table is crafted entirely from natural wood. With a dark, smooth surface as if it had been polished by time. The table is like a command ship lying still for a moment before setting sail. Quiet, focused and containing the power to break out at any moment.
Around it, charcoal-gray leather chairs form a solid encirclement. Thick cushions, sturdy armrests, high backrests hug the body. All whisper the same message: “this is a place reserved for the leader.” The chairs are not ostentatious, but exude a dignified air. Without being invited, you know you are in the right place and deserve it.
After a while of observing, I chose to sit at the head of the table – the largest, most majestic chair. And the moment I sat down. I felt like I was part of something bigger. Like I was stepping into the role of a future coordinator. In front of me was a large, black, mirror-like television screen that stretched almost the entire length of the wall. It was not just a projection device. It was also a silent mirror. Reflecting the eyes, thoughts, and ambitions that were present in this room.
In another corner of the room, a modern built-in cabinetry in grey opens up like a miniature exhibition. The clean lines and carefully selected decorative items remind us that even in a world full of strategy and reason, there is always room for sophistication, individuality and a little art to keep people close to themselves. (Custom-made furniture in the design of the president’s office).
I call this place “the theater of strategy”
Anyone who enters here is automatically the main actor. But not in the sense of a stage, but a real stage. Where you need to play the main role with your intelligence, your demeanor, your voice and your determination.
Proce didn’t just design a conference room. They created a manifesto for the future of the workplace. For how we should talk to each other with respect, with beauty, and with a spirit of leadership.
As I walked out of the room, I looked back one more time. As if I wanted to memorize every inch of that space. So that in the future, whenever I needed to make a big decision. I would remember: there is a place in the world where every great thing starts in a room like that.
4. Neo Meeting Room – An affirmation of the spirit of daring to innovate
I entered the Neo meeting room – where time is no longer measured in minutes and seconds. But in slow, deep and enchanting emotions. With modern luxury and the rustic charm of the Mediterranean. That meeting room is like a spiritual support. Like a place to return to amidst the hustle and bustle of life. Where each meeting is no longer a pressure, but a journey to explore the mind and soul.
Standing in the middle of that room, what made me stunned was not the tables and chairs, nor the lights. But a calm atmosphere, spreading gently like the smell of wood that had been aged over the years. Permeating the space was an indescribable stillness. The walls were painted a warm reddish brown color that embraced the space. That color was not ostentatious, just quietly present like the embrace of the Mediterranean. Open, protective and quiet enough for important conversations to take place in listening and trust.
Modern interior, bringing the most perfect experience
The conference table stretches like a horizon, carved from large-grain natural wood. The table top features soft curves, dotted with delicate straight lines. Creating the perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Every detail is meticulously carved, expressing class and luxury. It turns every meeting into an inspiring and successful experience.
The chair is covered in soft leather in a light cream color. The design hugs the back of the person sitting. I sat down on one. And in that moment, all the pressure inside me melted away. It is not just a chair, but also a support for bold ideas. A launching pad for strategic decisions. And a silent companion in every tense discussion.
I looked up and let my eyes be embraced by the luxurious brick-red built-in wardrobe system. The sharp edges, the recessed lighting system shining yellow like the afternoon light falling on the window frame, gentle and delicate. Each drawer is not only to store books or decorative items. It is a symbol of the leader’s aesthetic taste. Constantly searching for perfection in every smallest detail.
Space for weighty decisions
The lighting in the Neo meeting room is not harsh. Just enough for each object to appear as part of a symphony. The space is carefully calculated to maintain concentration. But still warm enough so that people do not become distant and cold.
A large window opens onto a green space with typical Mediterranean bushes. The green space is not just a visual highlight. It is a place where tensions are quietly relieved. When my eyes drift to it, I see myself – a person who used to rush too fast. Now learning to breathe deeply, in a place of quiet beauty.
The wooden entrance door, with a red strip running down the middle, closes the space like a confident dot. It reminds me that whoever walks through here, will enter a “better version” of themselves. A version that is more courageous, more refined, and ready to face the big decisions of their life.
Neo is more than just a conference room for me. It is a place where emotions are guided by aesthetics. It is a place where power is wrapped in luxurious silence. It is a place where, once you sit down, you will never want to return to any other ordinary conference room. (Why is the plaster ceiling the crown of the presidential meeting room?)
Conclude
Four meeting rooms, four different styles, but the common point is that each space carries a silent declaration. The sophistication is not in the appearance. It is in the way it makes you think differently. Each design is a slice of personality that Proce has “packaged” with both thinking and emotion. These are not just million-dollar meeting rooms. They are places where big thinking is born so that leaders can quietly make changes that have weight for the future.
