As the head of a large corporation, I understand that the working space needs to reflect the position and vision of the leader. But when I entered the newly completed chairman office, I was still surprised. The perfect combination of high-class materials, delicate lighting and neoclassical lines has created a space that is not only beautiful, but also soulful. Every detail seems to be “tailored” for my personality. Solemn, classy but not ostentatious. This is not simply where I work. It is also where I inspire, make big decisions and affirm my mark as a leader.
1. The journey of designing and constructing the chairman office – A captain’s perspective
When I started looking for a design unit for my own workspace, what I expected was not just a beautiful drawing or a completed project. But a truly classy experience, where I could see the harmony between my personality, aesthetic taste and lifestyle. And that journey, fortunately, started with a professional, dedicated and creative design team of Proce.
Right from the first working sessions, I felt the seriousness and responsibility in the way they listened and absorbed my ideas. They did not just come to “design according to the customer’s wishes”. But to explore with me the best version of that ideal space. When the first 3D sketch was presented. I was really surprised, not only because of the aesthetics beyond expectations, but also because of the class and difference in every detail. Every angle exudes the spirit that I am aiming for. Luxurious, minimalist but profound, with a strong personal mark.
Changes and adjustments according to the customer’s own style
During the construction process, I did not have to worry too much because the team proactively updated the progress. And invited me to participate in checking each stage. What impressed me most was the meticulousness and attention to every small detail. From choosing natural wood materials, handling the light to create a warm feeling. To combining dark enough colors to maintain elegance, but still have depth. Each piece of furniture was carefully selected. True to the style that I shared from the beginning: sophisticated, unpretentious and of long-term use value.
What I appreciate most is the ability to listen and realize personal wishes precisely. I like wood, they used the right type of wood I requested. I like warm yellow light, they arranged a delicate lighting system. Makes every working day of mine become as relaxing as a deep music. It is not just a design, this is a project that shows personality. And I am satisfied because I can be myself in this space. (Harmonious combination of leather and wood colors for the president’s meeting room).
2. The moment of receiving the office – A president’s emotional outburst
I still remember very clearly the first moment I stepped into this room. The space was called “the president’s office”. But for me, it was more than that. It was the result of a long journey with the Proce design team. It was a place where the values I pursue converged: class, power and personality. As soon as the door opened, the first feeling that flooded me was overwhelming. A kind of overwhelming that did not come from ostentation. But from the perfect blend of majesty and sophistication in every detail.
I stood still for a few seconds, not out of surprise, but out of genuine emotion. I had seen the 3D version, which had been updated weekly. But nothing could compare to the feeling of touching the reality with my own hands. Everything was beyond expectations, from the air, the light to every line of molding on the ceiling. The sparkling crystal chandelier was not only an aesthetic highlight. It was also a silent declaration of the position of the room’s owner. It reflected light on the walls treated with luxurious velvet paint. It brought a feeling that was difficult to describe, both warm and powerful.
How does it feel to work in this space?
I walked to the desk – a solid block of walnut. With sharp wood grain as if carved by time. The luxurious leather executive chair was placed in the right position. I sat down and immediately felt the stability. A very “right” feeling – right posture, right position, right vision that I was pursuing. Sitting there made me feel more powerful, but also more profound, more focused. It was not just a chair, it was where I made big decisions. Signed strategic contracts and welcomed important partners.
On the left is a built-in bookshelf and wine cabinet. A quiet design but with a strong visual impact. Each bottle of wine, each book is displayed as a part of my soul. Combining intelligence and the spirit of enjoying life. This space is a place that inspires me to work more effectively. Negotiate more confidently and feel clearer than ever about the path I am taking.
This is not just an office, it is a wordless manifesto of vision, courage and aspiration. And I am proud to be myself in a space created just for me. (President’s office – Nappa leather and suede executive chair).
3. Feelings after a period of using the chairman office
After a period of working in the new workspace, I can confirm one thing: this is not simply an office. It is a silent assistant that helps me operate my work more effectively and completely every day. Every detail is designed with a clear functional mindset. Scientifically arranged from the way files and documents are arranged. To the lighting and sound systems, all provide maximum support for concentration and creativity. Everything is in the right place, ready to serve important decisions.
What I did not expect was the positive effect this space had on my personal image. Many partners, when entering the room, complimented me on my sophisticated and unique aesthetic taste. Something I had never paid much attention to before. No need to introduce much, this space itself speaks for me. Perfectionist but not fussy, strong but not ostentatious. When receiving guests or signing contracts here, I clearly feel the professionalism and class that the room brings. As an extension of my personal brand.
And above all, it is the feeling. Every morning when I enter the room, I feel a small but energetic joy. That space seems to add motivation, making me want to start the new day with a positive spirit and high concentration. That is the intangible value that I cherish the most. A feeling of being empowered every day.
4. Customer feedback
I still remember the moment I stepped into that room. The neoclassical office had just been completed. The feeling was not only satisfaction, but also an overwhelming emotion. Every line of molding, warm yellow light, luxurious wooden furniture… All of it carried the elegant, authoritative, and not too ostentatious neoclassical breath. That space made me feel like I was energized every day. It was a place where I confidently received guests, made decisions, and planned long-term strategies. I really thank Proce’s design team for listening and understanding every little detail. And if you are a leader, looking for a worthy space. Invest in a neoclassical-style president’s office. Because this style not only shows your aesthetic taste, but also clearly affirms your own class and stature.
